The Regionalism specialist sub-committee, made these recommendations to the pacific forum leaders asked them to make a committement to addressing the the issue of non-communicable disease with a focus on childhood obesity.
And to stress the need for reducing statistics such as 20% of children aged 5 - 19, in 10 forum countries, are obese.
