Vanuatu Parliament's second extra-ordinary sitting was postponed from last friday to today, Monday 26th of November.
Speaker of Parliament, Esmon Saimon, adjourned the meeting because of a lack of quorum at 9 o'clock friday morning.
Only 32 MPs was present in the parliament chambers last Friday morning which included only government MPs and the speaker himself.
Parliament is set to meet at 8:30 this morning.

Vanuatu's Opposistion leader, ALATOI Ishmael Kalsakau told VBTC News in an exclusive interview that, the reason the opposition did not attend the sitting was because there were no government bills to discuss.
Mr Kalsakau also said that another reason was a matter of principle.
When a parliamentary majority calls for a sitting of the legislature the Prime Minister of the day and his Ministers cease to hold office.
Prime Minister Charlot Salwai Tabimasmas in return said that Friday's  boycott of parliament is the MPs' right.
