People living in communites that access the Waikara Health clinc at Freshwota got the chance to have a free eye check-up today.

The Presbytarian Church of Vanuatu (PCV)'s health office co-ordinated and run the clinics.

Mr Richard Tatwin who is the PCV health office co-ordinator told VBTC News that his office has set out as their 2018 plan to provide these free eye clinics for people.

That is by taking the services to the grassroots people, who usually would not access these services because of financial or other such restraints.
