The Public Service Commission supports the government's Policy on decentralisation, and will make sure a quality service in Vanuatu.
The chairman of the Public Service Commission(PSC), Martin Mahe made this statement during the appointment, of the new secretary generals of the Provinces and the town clerks for the two municipal councils who signed their contracts recently.
Mr Mahe says as part of the decentralisation policy, he will be leading a high delegation consisting of all director generals within each government Ministries, to all the provincial headquarters around the country during the first quarter of this year, 2019.
He says this will ensure that people from the provinces can speak directly to the delegation and also give their thoughts on the quality of services.
VBTC News understands as well that this is a chance for the Provincial councils, to present their work plans and the area they will be working on.
