ROSLYN WILL MARK HER COMMONWEALTH GAMES PARTICIPATION INTO MALAMPA'S HISTORY

It might be the first time for Roslyn Nalin to compete in the Commonwealth Games, this year in Australia, for Vanuatu, but for her province of MALAMPA Roslyn is a history-maker for their athletics history.

It has taken 32 years for another athlete from that province to compete at one of the most prestigious sports events on this planet.

Jeremiah nearly made it into the semi-finals after ending campaign in the 5th position in his quarterfinal heat

Apparently, Jeremiah is also Roslyn's coach. He mentored her through her successful campaign at the 2016 National Games where she was nominated to attend further training in China and to represent Vanuatu at the 2017 Pacific Mini Games in Port Vila.
