The aim of the Women's Reserve seat inside the Vanuatu National Parliament is an idea inside the Proposed agenda for the government today.

This proposal is inside the political reform of Vanuatu.

Minister of Internal Affair, Andrew Napwat told VBTC news that this issue has come to the attention of the government and will be discussed to look at how it can be put in to make other necessary amendments in the laws of Vanuatu.

Minister Napwat said on the other hand, Vanuatu's Democratic voting system has proved that in the past people can vote for women into the National Parliament.
